In the morning of December 7, 2015, the board of supervisors of Guangdong Science & Technology Exhibition has held its first meeting at the company’s meeting room on the first floor, which president Yang Ning has presided over and the supervisors Yin Yuping, Li Hui, Chen Qianjun and Wei Liyun have all attended.
At the meeting, firstly, the president has organized the participants to study the document spirit involving the board of supervisors in the Corporate Law. Then arranged and deployed the major works for the board of supervisors at the next stage and, lastly, defined key tasks and major concerns.
President Yang Ning has specially conveyed the expectations of the Guangdong Science & Technology Exchange Centre and the Company leader to the board of supervisors, provided the action guide to the board of supervisors in doing work and play a guidance and facilitation role in the next work of the board of supervisors.
