On September 22, 2015, the company has held the second-round voting meeting of the employees’ representative for the new session of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors of Guangdong Science & Technology Exhibition on the third floor of the Center.
On the same day, the employees present have elected the employees’ representative in the new session by secret ballot. Zhong Dong from the Advertising Department is elected the employees’ representative of the Board of Directors, and Li Hui from the Dental Exhibition and Chen Qianjun from the Analysis Exhibition is elected the employees’ representative in the Board of Supervisors. The whole employees have no objection about such ballot result.
The company had a board of directors, but not had a board of supervisors before. This time, the election of employees’ representative for the board of supervisors means the expansion of the decision-making body, which will have important significance in promoting, building and standardizing the corporate management mechanism and perfecting the corporate governance structure and through which the board of directors and the board of supervisors can better realize the collective decision-making and scientific decision making.
