On October 9, 2015, the new session of the board of directors has held its first meeting at the meeting room on the first floor. President Wu Hanrong has presided over the meeting and directors Xiong Yan, Can Jingfeng, Ma Jing and Zhong Dong are present at the meeting.
At the meeting, the president has led the directors of new session to study the Corporate Law of the People’s Republic of China, made in-depth understanding about such the documents as national laws, rules and regulations involving the duties and powers of the Board of Directors, discussed the works for the Board of Directors to carry out recently and made preparations for the next meeting of the Board of Directors.
That the first meeting of new session of the Board of directors is smoothly held, which has marked the official initiation for the new session of Board of Directors to work. Through the meeting, the directors have reached unanimous consensus on their work thinking.
